Around-the-Clock Access

Your SupportLinc program offers a variety of channels to deliver care to help you address stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, grief, work-life balance concerns and much more.

Central Garden & Pet employees and benefit-eligible family members can access support whenever needed, wherever is most convenient.

  • By phone. Reach a licensed clinician at 1-888-881-LINC (5462) for in-the-moment support to address concerns such as work-related pressures, depression, stress, anxiety, relationship problems or substance abuse, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. You can also access up to five (5) counseling sessions, in-person or via video, at no cost to you.

  • Online. Visit the SupportLinc web portal for resources, referrals, expert consultations, discounts and much more. Click on the icons in the top bar to access support immediately, check out the Dashboard tiles for quick links and use the “What’s on Your Mind?” tool to search for any topic. For first time users, you will need to create an account using the group code central.

  • Mobile app. Take the SupportLinc program with you wherever you go. The eConnect® mobile app offers the same look and feel as your online web portal. Use the mobile app to chat live with a licensed counselor, schedule a callback or request information - all from the convenience of your phone or tablet.

  • Video counseling. The SupportLinc virtual (video) counseling platform offers confidential, easy-to-schedule appointments from the comfort of home, while at the office or even when you are on the go.

  • Text therapy. Textcoach® is an innovative and convenient way to connect with a mental health ‘Coach’ on your own terms – no appointments or wait times! You can exchange text messages, voicenotes and resources to help address concerns like stress, mindfulness, anxiety, resilience, relationship issues and more. To get started, download the Textcoach® mobile app to your phone or tablet or visit text.coach. Choose 'Register' and use your group code central.

  • Self-guided resources. Animo provides web and mobile tools to help you address stress, depression, anxiety and general emotional fitness in a safe and secure self-guided environment. Discover your inner strength today by visiting the Animo portal at goanimo.com or download the Animo app. Your group code is central.

  • Start with Navigator. Take the guesswork out of your emotional fitness! Visit your web portal or mobile app to complete the short Mental Health Navigator survey. You’ll immediately receive personalized guidance to access support and resources.
